Exam Software keeps all the records of conducted exams, topic wise score reports and Student Answer Sheets. Apart from multiple choice and fill in the blanks questions, Exam Software supports essay type questions where student can enter descriptive answer and examiner can evaluate the answer later. Support for graphics, audio and video are another attractive multimedia feature. Exam Software has changed the way of managing tests, especially for schools managing examination has never been easy. Teachers and professors can now manage their question papers very easily and securely with password protection. They can merge questions from different question papers to create unique question set. They can conduct examination on computer where questions will be selected randomly or they can even administer the tests in conventional method by printing the question papers. We purposely avoided to use any third party database product to store the data because moving database from one computer to other will become more complex task to the end user. To avoid this problem we decided to write the data in exam (.exm) file and files can be moved from one computer to other very easily.
